ABOUT OUR RETURN POLICY AND EXCHANGE PROCESS:
EXCHANGE
To be eligible for an exchange, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. WE WILL REFUSE AND SEND BACK ANY WORN ITEMS. We only accept exchange in a delay of 14 days of purchase. You’ll also need the electronic receipt or proof of purchase. Please also refer to our RETURN policy below.
If you received your order and would like to proceed on exchanging your item for another size OR/AND color, please contact us at INFO@NOBLEOFFICIAL.CA to inform us. We will then be able to tell you if, due to the exclusivity of our collections, the item is available in the desired size or color. If the exchange is possible, you will be able to make an appointment to exchange the articles and person (this allows you to try the products, ask your question and get advices by our team) or to simply ship it back to us by delivery. Exchanges via delivery are free of charges. Do not hesitate to contact us to learn more about our exchange by delivery fees and learn if you destination is included or not.
RETURN
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. WE WILL REFUSE AND SEND BACK ANY WORN ITEMS. We only accept returns in a delay of 14 days of purchase. You’ll also need the electronic receipt or proof of purchase.
To start a return, you can contact us at INFO@NOBLEOFFICIAL.CA requesting a return. If your return is accepted, two options is offered:
-You can make an appointment to visit us at our headquarter to return your articles in person. This option avoids any extra shipping fees.
-You can send us back the items in their original package, following the instructions on how and where to send the package. Returns via delivery may incur handling and delivery fees of $12. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. Please note that shipping fees are not included.
-Please note that all returned items will be credited with a store credit transferred and applied directly to the customer account. This can then be used on any items within 1 year from the issue date.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items. Due to hygiene, please note that lingerie items, swimsuits (*swim bottoms) and accessories such as socks and hats are also non-refundable purchases. WE WILL REFUSE AND RETURN ANY WORN ITEMS.
Store credits
Store credits are transferred and applied directly to the customer account and can then be used on any items within 1 year from the issue date. The store credit is sent as a gift card, via email and can be used online or at a physical store. Please also note that shipping fees are not included.
ABOUT OUR SHIPPING PROCESS:
ORDER PROCESS
All of NOBLE pieces are originally made in our production atelier, based in Montreal, Canada OR at our BSCI certified locations, in PRC. Each are individually packed and transported to our shipping center where we then get all the orders done and ready to be shipped to our customers.
SHIPPING INFO
NOBLE orders ship all around the world; we now ship WORLDWIDE. Our shipping fees are as follows:
-Domestic orders (IN QC): STANDARD 9,99$ CAN EXPRESS: 11,99$CAN
-Domestic orders (REST OF CAN): 11,99$CAN EXPRESS: 13,99$CAN
-USA orders: 11,99$CAN EXPRESS: 13,99$CAN
-REST OF THE WORLD orders (including all Europe): 25$CAN
We ship all our orders in 100% compostable packs and/or enveloppes.
Please note that shipping fees are non-refundable on any orders.
DELIVERY INFO
All domestic orders and shipments will be processed and shipped via Canada Post within 3-5 business days. All international orders will be processed and shipped via Canada Post by air OR by ground within 6-14 business days. NOBLE is not responsible for lost and/or stolen packages. Once your item has been shipped you will receive a confirmation email with tracking info. Allow 1 day for tracking info to update.
