Please note that we do not offer refunds on any purchases. However, we do offer free exchanges or store credit for regular-priced items. Items marked as final sale cannot be returned or exchanged.

NEED ANOTHER SIZE? 

Sizes can be tricky — but exchanges don’t have to be!

To be eligible for an exchange, your item must be in the same condition you received it: unworn, unused, with tags, and in its original packaging.

To get started, please email us at info@nobleofficial.ca within 14 days of purchase. Make sure to include your order number to help us assist you as quickly as possible

Once you're in touch with a member of our team, we’ll provide simple instructions for sending back the item in the wrong size.

Please note: The item must be sent back within 30 days of the original purchase date — otherwise, the exchange will no longer be accepted.

As soon as we receive it, we’ll prepare and ship the correct size to you as quickly as possible so you can get back to enjoying your purchase without delay.

Don't sweat it: All exchanges are on us — completely free of charge!

NEED TO RETURN THE GOODS? 

Another size not quite right? No worries, we can issue store credit instead.

To be eligible for a store credit, your item must be in the same condition you received it: unworn, unused, with tags, and in its original packaging.

To get started, please email us at info@nobleofficial.ca within 14 days of purchase. Make sure to include your order number to help us assist you as quickly as possible. Items sent back without first contacting us will not be accepted

The item must be sent back within 30 days of the original purchase date. Returns sent after this period will not be accepted, and we won’t be able to issue store credit.

Returns are subject to a $12 handling and delivery fee. Shipping fees are not included in the store credit.

As soon as we receive your return, we’ll get your store credit issued so you can get back to our favorite sport: shopping!

Unfortunately, the following items are not eligible for exchanges or store credits at any time: due to hygiene reasons, lingerie, swimsuit bottoms, and accessories such as socks and hats, caps and beanies.

ABOUT OUR SHIPPING PROCESS

Once your order is confirmed...

All NOBLE pieces are originally made in our production atelier based in Montreal, Canada, or at our BSCI-certified locations in the PRC. Each item is individually packed and transported to our shipping center, where orders are processed and prepared for shipment.

All orders and shipments will be processed and shipped via Canada Post. NOBLE is not responsible for lost or stolen packages, but don’t panic! If you believe your package is lost or stolen, please contact us. We’re here to assist you and will guide you through the next steps.Once your item has been shipped you will receive a confirmation email with tracking info. Allow 1-2 days for tracking info to update.

Your domestic order usually ships within 1–3 business days. Please note that during high season (such as new collection launches), shipping may take up to 7 business days. Standard shipping fees are 9.99$ (2-3 business days) and express shipping fees are 11.99$ (1-3 business days)

You're from Canada, excluding Quebec?

Your order usually ships within 3-5 business days. Please note that during high season (such as new collection launches), shipping may take up to 10 business days. Standard shipping fees may vary depending on the specific area, starting 11.99$ (3-5 business days) and express shipping fees starting 13.99$ (2-5 business days)

Depending on the area, your order usually ships within 7-10 business days. Please note that during high season (such as new collection launches), shipping may take up to 14 business days. Depending on the area, your order usually ships within 10-14 business days. Please note that during high season (such as new collection launches), shipping may take up to 14 business days. Standard shipping fees may vary depending on the specific area, starting 25$CAD

We ship all our orders in 100% compostable packs and/or enveloppes.

Please note that shipping fees are non-refundable on any orders.
